Jeanette Howard

Jeanette was a professional actor for a number of years, touring the country on stage as well as in front of the camera.  She then trained to be a drama teacher and went on lead a highly successful Drama department in a Performing Arts Specialist school for over a decade.

 

Now, Jeanette is following her dream opening her own theatre company, with the sole purpose of inspiring the younger generation to challenge and develop their skills, find their voice, grow in confidence and be part of a warm, kind community.  The Calm Theatre Company is a product of her hard work and desire to nurture the talent of the younger generation. 

 

This former actor and teacher, is a big believer that we learn through play and when we enjoy learning, it never feels like work. Her aim is to teach students to reach beyond what they thought was possible, whilst they experience laughter, joy, support and make life-long friends.
