Welcome to The Calm Theatre Company

Hello, my name is Jeanette and I am the founder of The Calm Theatre Company.  After being a Drama teacher for sixteen years, head of department in a performing arts specialist school for the last ten, I have left mainstream education to better teach children that dream of a career in acting.​​

We'll be offering local, weekly drama classes as well as regular LAMDA and Arts Award sessions to schools.

On top of this, The Calm Theatre Company is presenting the Summer Stage Experience, and for this, we're bringing in two amazing talents to also provide singing and dance lessons, making a variety show over a five day week.  Check out the SSE 2026 page for more!
